Angelina Balogh

Angelina (“Lina”) Balogh grew up in Martinez and now lives in Pleasant Hill, CA. She began riding horses since when she was around nine years old, starting out riding Western and eventually transitioning into 3-Day-Eventing, competing with her horse Shiah, an off-the-track Thoroughbred. Although Lina doesn't currently own a horse of her own, she’s actively training in show jumping and hopes to continue pursuing that discipline.

Lina chose to join the Steinbeck Peninsula Equine Clinics team because she has a strong passion for horses and loves working with them. She sees her role as a Veterinary Assistant at Steinbeck Equine as a great opportunity to learn and grow in a field about which she cares deeply, and will provide her with valuable experience as she works toward her goal of becoming an equine veterinarian.

When not spending time with horses, Lina enjoys the company of Mica, her German Shepherd, and her three cats.
