Brittany was born and raised in Prunedale. At 17, she moved to Salinas, graduated from Salinas High School, and has lived there ever since — now with her own family including her husband and their two sons Brody and River, as well as Bruno, an Australian Shepherd, Charlie, a Lab-Dachshund mix, and Ms. Kitty, an orange fur ball who found her way to them just before Christmas in 2024.  When not working or engaged in family activities, Brittany enjoys knitting, doing puzzles, listening to podcasts, and gardening.
